Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pull It Out! 3D Puzzle (“the game”) collects, uses and protects your information on iOS and Android. The game is developed and operated by an individual developer (“we”, “us”). By using the game, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we do not collect
The game has no accounts. We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
2. Information stored on your device
Level progress, coins, unlocked skins and figurines, daily challenge records, and settings such as sound, vibration and language are stored on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes this data unless cloud save is on, as described below.
3. Cloud save
So that you can restore your progress on a new or reinstalled device, the game syncs the progress above to your own platform account: iCloud key-value storage on iOS, and Saved Games in Google Play Games Services on Android. Apple or Google keeps this data under their own privacy policies; we cannot access it. You can turn off iCloud sync for the game in system settings, or delete the game’s data in Google Play Games.
4. In-app purchase
“No Ads” is bought through the App Store or Google Play, and payment is handled by Apple or Google. We never receive your card or payment details; we only receive a transaction record that confirms the purchase is valid.
5. Advertising
The game shows rewarded video ads only, and only when you choose to watch one. There are no banner, interstitial or app-open ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad plays, AdMob may collect:
- your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow it in the system prompt; the advertising ID on Android);
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country or city level);
- device information such as model, operating system version and language;
- ad impressions, clicks and whether a video was watched to the end.
This information is used to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud, and, with your consent, to personalize ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain US states, the game asks for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform on first launch; you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Ad privacy. On iOS, the game asks through App Tracking Transparency whether it may track you. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads.
After you buy “No Ads”, the game no longer shows any ads.

6. Analytics and crash reports
The game uses the following Google Firebase services to improve its quality:
- Firebase Analytics records in-game events such as starting and finishing a level, using undo and hints, earning and spending coins, unlocking skins, watching ads and making a purchase. It also collects an app instance ID, device model, operating system version, language and approximate country.
- Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs, device state and an installation identifier when the game crashes, so that we can find and fix the problem.
- Firebase Remote Config downloads game parameters, such as free uses and item prices. It does not upload personal information.
This data is not linked to your real identity and is never sold. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, and crash reports for up to 90 days. See Privacy and Security in Firebase for details.
7. Sharing
Apart from Apple, Google and the services described above, we do not share your information with any third party. We may disclose information where required by law.
8. Children
The game is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information by mistake, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your rights
- Reset your advertising identifier, or turn off personalized ads and tracking, in system settings.
- Change your ad consent choice under Settings → Ad privacy in the game.
- Ask us by email to access or delete analytics data related to your device. Please state your device’s operating system so that we can process the request.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
10. Security
Data sent between the game and third-party services is encrypted in transit.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
