Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Pull It Out! 3D Puzzle (“the game”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the game. By downloading, installing or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game and uninstall it.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
2. Age
The game is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Virtual items
Coins, skins, figurines and other virtual items can be used only within the game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold. We may change how virtual items are earned, their prices and their amounts as needed to run the game.
4. In-app purchase
- “No Ads” is a one-time purchase, paid through the App Store or Google Play. After purchase, the game shows no ads, rewards that normally require a video are granted directly, and undo and hints are unlimited. The first purchase also includes bonus coins.
- The purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. On a new device or after reinstalling, restore it under Settings → Restore.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If a purchase is refunded, its benefits are removed.
5. Advertising
The game contains rewarded video ads from third parties, played only when you choose to watch one. Advertisers are responsible for their ads, and we make no warranty about the products or services advertised.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- decompile, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of the game, except where the law expressly permits it;
- use cheats, scripts or any other means to alter game data or obtain rewards unfairly;
- use the game for any unlawful purpose.
If you break these rules, we may remove the related rewards or benefits.
7. Intellectual property
The game’s software, levels, artwork, music, text and trademarks belong to us or their respective owners. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost. We recommend keeping cloud save on.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the game. This section does not affect any consumer rights you have under local law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10. Changes and termination
We may update, change or discontinue some or all features of the game. You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page and updating the effective date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
